Is Celtic's chairman allowed to speak or issue statements or has he been gagged by others?

I have seen plenty of people slag Murray on this sight but the silence from Reid is spooky, at least Murray talks. Perhaps he's not allowed to speak since sending in the troops to Afghanistan and saying "he hopes we would win before a shot is fired". Can somebody give me a link to anything he has said about football since taking over as Celtic chairman.
