When Christians e.g.Billy Graham, Jerry Falwell, et al hire ghostwriters to write their books,is it plagiarism?

It is definitely fraud, form a moral standpoint. Unfortunately it is also common. Half the books on the best seller list are not written by the person who's name is on the cover.
