Pregnancy / smoking help.?

Nothing against your WIC advise but you should only do what your OB/GYN says since they are trained to care for your unborn child while every one else might want to do whats best but they could give you lifethreatning but well intended advice. If you can't get to a OB Dr due to insurance or lack there of try calling one of the free 1 800 numbers that are set up to support those who are trying to quit. You can do it, you have the best of reasons to live a healthier life and I know you want to since you are taking the first step now. Good luck and congrats on your little one!!
