What do i need for a Quincea�era?

I need help ASAP! I have less then a year to make this happen! My parents agreed i can have one. I have a photographer & DJ already. I need a venue and decorations. I live in Fresno so any good venues there? Any good decorations online? How much do quince regularly cost? Any good dresses for cheap inline or at stores near me? What else would i need? Please i need HELP. My birthdays in May but im going to have it in June. Would Now and then be good for this to be all done? Would i have it done in time? PLEASE HELP IM BEGGING!
