My boyfriend wants a wedding..I dont?

My boyfriend and i have been together for almost 2 years. Recently he has started talking about marriage. We are going to vegas next year for my 21st and i suggested we just get married there, it's cheap and quick. He said he wouldn't want to do that because his family won't be there. I can understand that. So i suggested instead we just get married at the courthouse and then throw a party type thing for family and friends to celebrate the wedding. He said that he doesn't want a huge wedding but he wants something cheaper, maybe out doors. I'm an atheist so i dont really want to get married in a church or anything. Should i cave and have a wedding or should I keep pushing the courthouse idea?
