Should i accept this trade offer?

I would give up Michael Turner for Santana Moss, Beanie Wells, and Nate Washington. My other RB i have is Matt Forte and knowshon Moreno and my WR are Mike Wallace and Chad Ochocinco. Should I do this trade?
