Is Twilight underrated?

This is coming from a straight guy who LOVES vampire movies (Underworld, Blade e.t.c) and Twilight was an above average movie. Sure the sparkly vampire thing was kind of weird, but apart from that I actually kind of liked it. It's not amazing but it;s good. Anyone else agree it is underrated?
