Core 2 duo E 6300 or E 6600 ?

There is about a 30-40% speed difference in the 2 if not more. For gaming and dvd encoding i would deffinatly suggest you get the 6600. Aso to price cuts? Who ever know but i can tell you the AMD procesors are just as good (if not better in some opinions) I bought a new computer 1 week ago with a amd 4600 (which is 2.4 with 4mb cache) the differance in price was aprox 250 dollars!!
