My family is falling apart!?

My parents were in a bad accident and my dad is in really bad shape. My siblings who I got along with before are being mean and jerky with me. I'm not sure how they are treating each other. My one brother is being bossy telling me when I have to visit my father, and when to visit my mother and just a complete personality change BTW he lives six hours away. One time I told him I couldn't visit my dad because I cry all the way home and he said I had too. I've just decided to pull back for my sanity! Will they ever be the same or is this the end of my family relationships?
