Where is the best place to live for a 21 year old?

Iam a 21 year old who lives in upstate new york, and i think ive had enough of this weather, economy, and area in general. I have about $15,000 saved up so the money is not an issue but i want to re-locate to a place where theres a great nightlife, warm weather, and just a nice scenic place to live. I have looked at Miami, Phoenix, Dallas and Tampa and are all great i was just curious if anyone has any expierence at any of these places or can recommend any other possibly? thanks.
